Registration

We accept only offline registration through the attached Excel form below until October 31st. However, please be informed that those registered after October 21st, 2019 CAN NOT be provided with VISA invitation letter service. If you kindly understand the above condition and would like to register, please fulfil the Excel form and send it to the following e-mail address. After carefully validated, we will send you an invoice. (Currency for the payment at this time is Japanese yen only.)

Please also note that if registration fee payment is not made by Monday, NOVEMBER 4th, 2019, registration may be CANCELLED.

Registration Information

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, please contact the secretariat via e-mail.
We receive cancellation charge as following ratio depending on the date of cancellation confirmation.

Date of Cancellation confirmation	Cancellation charge
On and before 30th August	10% will be deducted from the registration amount you have sent
31st August to 30th September	50% will be deducted from the registration amount you have sent
On and after 1st October	100% *No refund

Notes:

1.The above cancellation policy will be applicable even in case of refusal of visa application.

2.In case of any refund:

- Refund will be made to the credit card which you used to make your payment, for those who processed online credit card payment.
- Refund will be made to the bank details you have provided to us, in the currency you remitted originally.

In either case, remittance charges will be borne by the organising committee.
